Walked into the store on 7th October 2017 with the intention of just going in to look-see and not purchase anything just as yet as the new place was only slated to be ready in sept/oct 2018. But being attended to by Jo Lee in the store changed all that, really quickly! 🙂
They had in their showroom some really nice designs and as inconspicuous as we tried to remain in the store... even though I had unkempt hair and maybe even toothpaste stains on my T-shirt , she zoomed in on us like a fat kid to chocolate milkshake. She knew her products well and showed us the different material swatches and was soooooo very patient with my 328 different questions! She was not pushy and knew when to take a step or 2 back for you think to about your potential purchase. When I told her that it really was too early for us to commit because the new digs would not be ready so soon, she assured us that it would not be an issue and that by committing a deposit, we could rate protect ourselves should rates go up. By then, I was sold by her sincerity and of course the sofa that I had sat on, rolled on and even lay across on. We walked out an hour and a half later knowing that we were in good hands and would not regret our impulse purchase! Today, we received our sofa from the good folks of Origin Home and we love it. We recently told a good friend about Origin Home, like us, they wanted to just look see as well but ended up buying a sofa from these ladies too. I strongly recommend them and am really glad that eagle eye jo spotted us from far and was tenacious enough to not give up when we were so indecisive. Thank You!
